TRANSFERENCE
There are some things in your environment that you
can't change, such as driving and talking on the phone. Many
smokers associate things like this with smoking. Here are some
ideas and tips to learn new ways of doing old
things!
* Put a rubber band around your wrist,
and snap it against your skin when you can't
get your mind off cigarettes. * Some people cut coffee stirrers
in half and keep them in their car so when
they drive they can pop one in their
mouth. * Bring healthy things to nibble on in the
car. * If you miss having a cigarette in your hand,
hold something else. Try a pencil,
paper clip, a marble, or a water bottle. * If you
miss having something in your mouth, try toothpicks, cinnamon
sticks, hard candy, or carrot
sticks. * If you are on the phone, try walking around
while you are talking. * Hold the phone in the hand
you used to smoke with. * Bring a large glass of
water with you to the phone. * Place a pencil and a
large pad next to the phone so that you may doodle or
take notes. * If you used to
smoke in a certain room or chair, try taking the phone to a
different room or using a
different chair.

quit smoking 4 weeks ago thanks to Laser Solutions. I have
tried before without laser treatment and this was the easiest
way for by far to quit. I recently ran a 5k and it felt
awesome to be able to breathe again. The laser treatment is
quick and easy and actually is super relaxing. I also feel
comfortable knowing that I can go back any time this year in
case I have a craving. But so far I have barely thought about
it. I would recommend anyone who seriously wants to quit
