10 Tips to quit
smoking
1.
Get rid of all your cigarettes, lighters and ashtrays. Wet
down cigarettes so you won't be able to light them and throw
them in the trash.
2. Change your
daily routine so you won't want to smoke from habit. Take a
different route to work, try taking a walk instead of a coffee
break. Call a friend or pick up a magazine and
read.
3. When you crave a cigarette,
try and pass by these couple of second with: A drink of water,
Take a deep breath and slowly exhale, Do something else.
Delay.
4. Carry "o" calorie
mints, or gum, or bring a bag of carrots or celery sticks to
keep your mouth busy. Drink lots of
water!
5. Enlist your family, friends
and co-workers in your fight against tobacco. Tell them
you are trying to quit and need their positive
support.
6. Clean your house, car,
clothes, even the furniture. You may not be able to smell the
smoke right now, but you will
soon.
7. Make a list of all the
reasons you quit smoking. Keep this list with you and read it
every time you "think" you want a
cigarette.
8. Go for a walk outside
every day. Exercise will help lower your stress and improve
your overall health. Enjoy the fresh air now that you have
quit smoking.
9. Remind yourself that
you are a nonsmoker now. Several times a day, quietly repeat
to yourself the affirmation, "I am a
nonsmoker!"
10. Celebrate each milestone!
Treat yourself to a movie, a night out with friends, or buy
yourself something special with the money you've saved, now
that you are a nonsmoker. Quitting smoking is a major
accomplishment and you deserve to reward yourself.

Solution 10/09/2008 I
quit smoking 4 weeks ago thanks to Laser Solutions. I have
tried before without laser treatment and this was the easiest
way for by far to quit. I recently ran a 5k and it felt
awesome to be able to breathe again. The laser treatment is
quick and easy and actually is super relaxing. I also feel
comfortable knowing that I can go back any time this year in
case I have a craving. But so far I have barely thought about
it. I would recommend anyone who seriously wants to quit
smoking to go to Laser Solutions. If it worked for me it can
